Why Yvette is Running

Concerned about the direction California was heading, Yvette became deeply involved with three grassroots efforts aimed at bringing about positive change. She passionately engaged in the recall of Gavin Newsom, recognizing the need for a shift in leadership. While the recall effort unfortunately did not succeed, it underscored her commitment to shaping the future of her state.

Yvette also actively participated in the successful recall of Chesa Boudin and three San Francisco School Board Members, realizing that local change can have a profound impact on communities. This experience solidified her belief in the power of activism to drive positive transformations.

Motivated by her passion for her community and her deep concern for the issues she holds dear, Yvette continues her tireless efforts through her involvement with the San Francisco Republican County Central Committee (SFGOP) and serves as Vice Chair of Volunteers.

Yvette's dedication to California's future is evident in her multifaceted approach. She recognizes the urgency of addressing issues that touch the lives of all Californians: safety, the economy, individual rights, and preparing for the future, particularly in the realm of education and youth.

Since the lockdowns brought forth new challenges, Yvette has stepped up as a volunteer with Children’s Health Defense, where she advocates for personal bodily autonomy—a fundamental right. Additionally, she actively collaborates with groups focused on safeguarding children and parental rights, understanding that protecting our most vulnerable citizens is crucial for a better tomorrow.

Yvette's journey is marked by a deep-rooted desire to inspire positive change, working tirelessly to address pressing issues and ensure a brighter future for her community and the Golden State.
